Each marker is designated by an ID number using the form 00.#####.@@@@@. The first component, 00, is a placeholder for the linkage group assignment, which will be added once the map is complete. The second, #####, refers to the JGI scaffold number in which the marker sequence can be found; scaffold numbers refer to X.tropicalis genome Assembly v. 2.0. The third, @@@@, is an internal reference designating the primer set.
